Mandoca

It is a typical Zulian dish, which has not only captivated the locals but also the rest of the country. This dish with a sweet salty taste has become common in many people's breakfasts. It is a fried ring made of a mixture of cornmeal, papelón, ripe banana and grated year cheese.
